Extra Work Day
August 10, 2025 @ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
To keep up with the invasive plants this summer, we will be holding additional workdays between our regular monthly workdays. This weekend, an extra workday will be held Sunday, August 10 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The 9:00 AM meeting place will be at 122nd Street and 2nd Avenue, by the orange gate. Join us for all or part of the workday. We will meet on 2nd Avenue at 122nd Street near the gate.
Volunteer on our Chiwaukee Prairie Work Days as we to restore quality habitat for prairie plants and animals. All we need is you to help! No experience necessary. On the job training! Dress for the weather, bring work gloves, and protective eyewear. We have tools and the equipment to get the job done. If the weather is warm, be sure to bring plenty of water. If you have questions, text/call Eric at 262.320.7313. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign-in. We hope to see you there!
