Tentative Extra Work Day(s)

Exact date(s) will be posted near the end of June for the period of July 2-6. Extra work days will not likely be held each of these days.

To keep up with the invasive plants this summer, we will be holding additional workdays between our regular monthly workdays.

What We’re Doing:

We will be removing White and Yellow Sweet Clover, Queen Anne’s Lace, Deptford Pink, and a few additional species. Click here to view examples.

What to Bring: 

• Appropriate footwear for rough ground. 
• Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.
• A daypack, sunscreen, tick repellent, leather gloves, and safety glasses.
• A water bottle(s) and snacks.

There will be a liability and waiver form for volunteers to sign before the start of work. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign-in. We hope to see you there!
