Monthly Work Day

Volunteer on our Chiwaukee Prairie Work Days as we to restore quality habitat for prairie plants and animals. All we need is you to help! No experience necessary. On the job training! Dress for the weather, bring work gloves, and protective eyewear. We have tools and the equipment to get the job done. If the weather is warm, be sure to bring plenty of water. If you have questions, call Nathan at 262.694.7351. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign-in. We hope to see you there!
Possible activities for this work day may involve:
- Possible activities include removal of yellow and white sweet clover, Deptford pink, search and treat for black swallowwort.
- Possible native seed collection for dispersal on other portions of the state natural area where brush has been removed.
